This is a delightful vintage storage tin featuring a woodland scene with grassland, trees and antelope. Each panel features an alternating scene (one resting, one standing) while the top features both animals. The top is hinged and works easily. The background color is a creamy beige/yellow. The inside and bottom are bright gold (unpainted). Accent colors are red, green, gold and black.

Markings (bottom): Peek, Frean & Co Ltd London S.E. 16 England. Beneath the hinge it reads: 12MB container made in Gt Britain.

Measures 5-1/2" tall x 4-5/8" diameter. This piece has aged well! The top shows some loss of color but that truly only makes the piece more interesting. The inside and bottom are about as flawless as a vintage piece can get.
