Wonderfully hand painted and colorful vintage folk art ceramic rooster from Portugal. Rich color with no notice of fading or chipping.
Measures 7-1/2" tall. Original label on bottom.
I found this bit of information pertaining to the rooster legend in Portugal (cock of Barcelos).
