Antique children's storybook and the precursor to Goldilocks - Silverlocks and the Three Bears. This books was published by Graham & Matlack and is marked 0491-Silver Locks Series. Un-numbered pages. Includes the short story - Hush A Bye, Baby! at the end.

Measures 7" x 9-3/8" and is 32 pages

Condition: Missing lower left corner of front cover and first page (see photos). EXCELLENT color on both the front and back covers. Inside pages are held together by large staples. We do not know if these are original to the piece or not.

History and info - We have found reference to this book with dates between 1890 and 1910. We did find that the publishers Graham & Matlack disolved in 1915 with Mr. Graham starting a stationer business and Mr. Matlack retiring. All in all a somewhat historical children's book in decent condition for it's age.
