U.S. WWII canvas web standard issue .30 caliber double magazine pocket pouch for a M-1 carbine. Marked S. Froehlich Co 1943. Large tunnel loop on rear with male snap.  

Outside dim 4-¾” x 5-¼”. Excellent vintage condition. Markings are very legible - photos have not been re-touched.
