Antique Pectoral Crucifix with Inlaid Leather Made In France
Marvelous antique pectoral crucifix made of cast metal with a inlaid leather present on the back and front. The hole in the top of the cross is very small which leads us to believe this was originally attached to either a small cord or perhaps a Rosary. No designation is seen to determine the exact metal type. The words Made In France are stamped on one side. (as seen in the last photo) Grinding marks and patina attest to this items age.
Overall size is 1-1/2" x 13/16"
Perfect for lady or man to use or gift for the collector.
