Tole painted wood paddle type board has a hole in one end for hanging. Lovely dark green background with blues yellow, cream, red and a lighter green. Vase with flowers topped with a bird. Signed by the artist and dated 1984. Small spot that wasn't covered by paint (see last photo) is the only blemish we have found. The back is solid dark green.

Measures 20-1/4" tall x 4" wide and 3/4" thick.
