This leather magazine pocket is made of thick leather with brass hardware. We are unsure of the exact age of this pouch other than to tell you it was purchased with items from the WWII and Vietnam eras.
Leather pockets for ammo magazines were commonly used for military officers and guards as the canvas type were generally issued to enlisted men. We are making the assumption from the above info that this may have belonged to and/or been used by a military officer.
Measures 5-3/8" x 4-3/8" x 2" and is in excellent vintage condition. No markings or stampings seen.
