Wonderful wood handle dough mixer was used to "cut" shortening into your dry ingredients. This type of kitchen tool is generally found under the name EKCO so when we found this one with the unusual manufacturer we had to grab it for you!

Very good vintage condition. No cracks or chips in the wood handle.
